Matt was born and raised in Denver. He is an urban planning enthusiast, loves to chat about Denver history and how it affected the development and architecture of the city, and is extremely knowledgeable about all things Denver! Matt holds a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University and a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. He spent five years living abroad in Europe—three in Spain and two in Slovenia, and travel is still one of his biggest passions. He returned to Denver to pursue his passion in real estate. He currently lives in Alamo Placita and loves the walkability and gastronomy options of the neighborhood. Matt believes that what sets him apart as an agent is his zealous dedication to his clients—little details make a big difference to home buyers and sellers! He prioritizes customer service, communication, and understands that our homes are our biggest investments. He is passionate about finding the perfect property for his clients and, most importantly, listens to his clients needs. Matt bought his first property at age 23 and has been hooked on real estate ever since. He specializes in millennial homebuyers, first time homebuyers, investment properties, and move-up buyers. Matt is fluent in Spanish and Slovenian. When not working with clients, he is interested in interior design, traveling, architecture, spending time with friends and family, and exploring all of Colorado’s outdoor offerings.
